If you’re considering making improvements to your property and are unsure if they go against the guidelines of the Architectural Control Board, please fill out the following information for review before committing to your project.
Parkwood at Kensington Architectural Control Review Application
PLEASE ALLOW ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE UP TO 45 DAYS TO RESPOND PER DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, ARTICLE VII, SECTION 9, (D)
Prerequisites to have consideration for approval, and prior to beginning the alteration or improvement work: A complete set of plans and specifications must be submitted to the Committee. Upon written approval, construction shall be started and proceed to completion promptly, and in strict conformity with such plans and specification. Committee is entitled to stop any construction in violation of these prerequisites and any such exterior alteration made without application having first been made and approval obtained as provided above. If deemed to be in violation of this covenant, applicant may be required to restore property to the original condition at owner’s cost.

Though the Homeowner’s Association of Parkwood at Kensington does have it’s own unique regulations, the City of Coral Springs is also a good resource to check before making changes to your property.
